Exhibit Space Rates
To qualify for member rates, your organization must be a member in good standing by April 1, 2026. Renewed or new memberships after this date will not be entitled to the member rate, and no refunds will be issued.
All exhibitors will be charged VAT, which may be recoverable through the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) authorities. For details on the VAT recovery process, visit the HMRC. Please note that VAT recovery approval is subject to the HMRC’s decisions, over which INTA has no control.
Note: Actual booth space will be in 3m increments.
